Our client is a well-established, not-for-profit provider of high-quality Residential Aged Care services. With a strong focus on person-centred care, they are committed to supporting older Australians to live with dignity, purpose, and connection. Operating across multiple locations, they offer a range of aged care services including permanent residential care, respite care, memory support, and palliative care. This role will involve:
Clinical Assessments & Care Planning - Conducting initial and ongoing assessments of residents’ clinical needs and contributing to person-centred care plans.
Direct Nursing Care - Providing high-quality nursing care, including medication administration, wound care, and chronic disease management within a residential aged care setting.
Multidisciplinary Collaboration - Working closely with care staff, allied health professionals, and families to ensure holistic and coordinated care.
Mentorship & Training - Supporting and mentoring care staff, sharing clinical knowledge, and promoting continuous improvement in care practices.
Requirements:
Tertiary qualification - Bachelor of Nursing
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Current Australian Driver’s Licence
Full Australian working rights
2-3 Years of experience in an Aged Care setting
