Job Title: Industrial Services Supervisor (UK-wide Projects)

Location: Depot, WV10, Jobs; Nationwide (Occasional Travel & Overnight Stays)

Duration: 3 Weeks (with Potential for Full-Time Position)

Salary: £16.00 per hour (Time and a Half after 40 Hours, Saturday Rates, Double Time on Sundays & Bank Holidays)

Company Van Provided (subject to clean UK driving licence)

Hotel & Subsistence Allowances Provided when Working Away from Home

We are a recruitment provider specializing in the industrial sector. This exciting opportunity is with one of our valued clients, a family-operated company with growing aspirations. They are looking for a skilled and experienced Industrial Services Supervisor to join their team and manage industrial cleaning projects across the UK. If you're an experienced supervisor with a solid background in industrial cleaning, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage industrial cleaning projects throughout the UK.
• Ensure all projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.
• Lead, support, and motivate a team of industrial cleaners.
• Provide guidance on the safe operation of equipment, particularly water jetting.
• Maintain high standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance.
• Coordinate travel, accommodation, and project requirements, especially for projects requiring overnight stays.
• Work with project managers to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to project schedules.
• Travel to various sites across the UK as required; overnight stays and working away from home may be necessary.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Proven experience in industrial cleaning, ideally within heavy industry or similar sectors.
• Previous supervisory experience is essential. You must be able to provide proof of supervisory duties from previous employment.
• Valid Water Jetting Certificate is required.
• Confined Spaces training and certification required
• IOSH or equivalent
• CSCS Card or relevant safety passport is mandatory.
• Full UK Driving Licence with a clean driving record (company van will be provided).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively.
• Flexible and willing to travel for project work, including overnight stays.
