£24,000 per annum
Full-Time | Permanent | 35 hours per week
Are you an experienced Call Centre professional with strong customer service skills and an interest in claims handling?
Four Chambers Recruitment is working in partnership with a well-established organisation based in Liverpool City Centre to appoint a Call Centre Advisor to join their busy and fast-paced head office operation. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic environment where your communication skills and attention to detail will make a genuine impact.
You will play a key role in supporting clients with claim enquiries, reviewing new cases, and clearly explaining terms, conditions, fees, and funding options in a professional and compliant manner.
As a Call Centre Advisor, you will:
