Call Centre Advisor

Liverpool City Centre (Office-Based)

£24,000 per annum

Full-Time | Permanent | 35 hours per week

Are you an experienced Call Centre professional with strong customer service skills and an interest in claims handling?

Four Chambers Recruitment is working in partnership with a well-established organisation based in Liverpool City Centre to appoint a Call Centre Advisor to join their busy and fast-paced head office operation. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic environment where your communication skills and attention to detail will make a genuine impact.

You will play a key role in supporting clients with claim enquiries, reviewing new cases, and clearly explaining terms, conditions, fees, and funding options in a professional and compliant manner.


The Role

As a Call Centre Advisor, you will:


  • Handle inbound calls and written correspondence, providing clear guidance and support.
  • Review new cases and assess suitability for litigation.
  • Assist clients with claim enquiries via telephone and online channels.
  • Explain company terms, conditions, and fee structures in a clear and compliant manner.
  • Liaise with internal departments to progress claims efficiently.
  • Ensure all client interactions meet legal, regulatory, and quality standards.
  • Accurately record and document all communications in line with Standard Operating Procedures.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience within a call centre or customer service environment.
  • Experience within claims or financial services (desirable but not essential).
  • Strong telephone manner with excellent written communication skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Confident data entry and system navigation skills.
  • Experience using contact centre or claims management systems (advantageous).
  • Ability to manage client conversations professionally and empathetically.

Working Hours

  • Flexibility required to work shift patterns between 9:00am – 8:00pm
  • Occasional weekend work required
