Job Type: Flexible Event-Based Work

Pay (21+): £12.50 per hour + holiday pay (£13.95 per hour total)

Pay (Under 21): £10.00 per hour + holiday pay (£11.21 per hour total)

Other Roles Available: Event Managers, Supervisors, Team Leaders, Experienced Bar & Waiting Staff

About the Opportunity

Four Chambers Recruitment is actively recruiting experienced hospitality professionals to support a range of premium event and leisure venues across Sunderland and the wider North East region — with additional nationwide opportunities available.

We supply skilled temporary and event staff to high-profile venues including weddings, private functions, racecourses, stadiums, festivals, hotels, and corporate events. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and take pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Preparing and serving drinks efficiently and professionally
Delivering high standards of table and floor service
Supporting event operations to ensure smooth service delivery
Maintaining excellent customer engagement at all times
Working across varied venues including large-scale events and private functions

Candidate Requirements

Minimum age 18+
Previous hospitality or bar experience preferred
Confident, reliable and customer-focused
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Right to work in the UK
